Compiled by H.R. Plastow, and contains 75 clear black and white close up photos of each and every part of the Fowler Road Locomotive Model (the "Princess" and "The Wanderer", to be used in conjunction with the drawings supplied by Plastow, but also of assistance to a freelance model.
The full size Traction Engines these models were based on were the "Kitchener", later renamed "The Iron Maiden" (from the film of the same name), the "Wanderer" is also based on the "Kitchener" from 1920 when it was a haulage engine, but before it went back to Fowlers in 1932 for conversion to a showmans road locomotive.
